$680.80 This is Japanese Antique Textile Excellent shibori (Tie-dye)& sashiko stitch Farmer's Vest at the Meiji era.(1890~1910)
This item was made in the Meiji era in Hirosaki prefecture, Aomori prefecture. Almost unused. All sashiko are hand-stitched. Indigo dyed cotton and shibori (Tie-dye) & sashiko stitch are wonderfully beautiful.
It's a wonderfully beautiful motif.
It's very gorgeous. The condition is very nice and beautiful.

The lining is silk safflower dyed. There are some stains, and a part of the embroidery thread is peeled off. There is a small hole. But they don't stand out. Recommended for your antique textile collection.

Enigmatic natural forms seem fossilized on the white surface of this rare guinomi by female pottery star Hattori Makiko enclosed in a black lidded wooden box signed and dated inside Heisei 27 (2015) and titled simply Shuki. This is the only ancient Korean mace ever offered for sale. The few existing examples are all in museums in Korea. It is from the Early Joseon Dynasty, 16th Century or earlier. Only Korea has this type of straight mace with a perfectly round head. And the head is made from iron insets just like the scales on Korean royal armor. 22 inches (46 cm) long, 3.5 inches (9 cm) wide.
