A brass four prong dorje from Tibet. The primary symbol and ritual implement used in Tantric Buddhism, also know as a vajra. It can be translated as "diamond" or "thunderbolt". Age: Pre 1920. Size: L. 12cm. W. 4.3cm. Condition: Perfect.

Of circular form, with a pedestal foot, with side lion-mask handles, decorated with carved designs of animals in continuous panels along the rim of the exterior, the foot decorated with openwork and carved floral design.

Description:

A stoneware jar was preserved in an original condition.
Being applied with olive-green glaze on the the body, the jar or Hu was molded with a trumpet-like mouth and stand on a flat bottom.
Two well- mold loops were nicely pressed to the body as handles.
Decorations of incised wave bands were around the mouth while grooved patterns were carved around the body in the middle segment.
Black hue was affected to the slender neck and the mouth portion...

Description: An old wood incense utensil's holder was intriguingly carved from one original wood trunk. Making use the fine quality Huali wood, the scholar piece was rendered delicately on the top around the rims of the hole and around the top. Being preserved with the original old patina, the wood scholar item was in good size of 16.3cm in height and in perfect condition. Date: Qing dynasty(19th century), Height: 16.3cm. Material: Huali wood. A CUSTOM MADE SILK BOX IS INCLUDED.

Pair of Chinese Export tea bowls, Qianlong (1736-1795). Decoration of iron red borders and Famille Rose flower garlands. Diameter "3¼/ 8 cm, height "1¾/ 4,5 cm. Condition: one hairline to each as seen on photos, otherwise fine.

Pair of Chinese Export saucer plates, Yongzheng or early Qianlong period, first part of the 18th century. Scalloped rims and decoration in under-glaze blue of flowers and seascapes in panels. The back of both with a chocolate-brown, "Batavian" glaze. Diameter "4½/ 11,5 cm. Condition: firing crack and rim frits to one plate, the other with a minimal nick to foot rim.

A Cizhou pillow was preserved in very good condition.
When decorated on the frontal side with incised motifs of fishes, flowers and water weeds and by a ring-punched ground, the pillow was left being unglazed at the bottom.
Naturally and vibrantly carved, the motifs were rendered in a dated photographic characteristic which we usually seen in the wares of northern regions of early periods.
