Antique Chinese framed scroll depicting the bodhisattva of compassion, Quan Yin. She is dressed in long, flowing robes with metal rings, and a crown of the Amitābha Buddha. She holds in her left hand a small jar filled with pure water, and in her right the branch of a willow tree. She stands barefoot on the head of a dragon, with a white parrot carrying long beads in its mouth flying overhead. Her two young acolytes, a girl named Longnü and a boy named Shancai, stand at her sides...

Antique Chinese scroll painting of two beautiful birds with brightly colored feathers and long, striped tails, with resemblance to a cockatiel. One runs along the ground, gazing at nearby dandelions, its long tail feather arching gracefully above its body, and one sits perched amidst foliage with its neck feathers blowing in the wind like golden hair. A tall branch extends upwards into the painting, sprouting white peonies and pink chrysanthemums...

Used antique Chinese inkstone with a carving of a peach at its most shallow point. Peaches are said to be heavenly fruit that promote longevity. Chinese painting using a calming combination of colors in soft black and grey, pink, and light blue. Two small birds resembling chickadees gaze upwards at pink morning glories with large, black leaves and dangling vines. A tiny red ladybug crawls along one of the flower stems. Signed by the artist. Gorgeous scenic painting by Chinese artist Tsui Chian Tsai of a small town amidst a beautiful mountainous landscape, with a murky, grey sky and delicate white speckles of paint to represent the falling snow. Two large boats are returning to shore, covered in snow from their long trip. Very detailed work with a lot of realism, the artist truly captured the feeling of an extremely cold climate. Dated 1990, stamped and signed. Size: 26" height, 17.25" width

Painting by Chinese artist Ching Xiangko of five cute, swimming shrimp. There are subtle variations of color and depth in each shrimp, showing the artist had great control over the ink distribution. Signed and stamped, dated between 1960-1970. Size: 27" height, 18" width

The rising moon can be seen in the background, hanging above a small cliff with branches with beautiful blossoming flowers curled around it. The brush strokes and colors used give a sense of serenity. It is signed and stamped in the corner. 20th century Size: 58.5" height, 18.5" width

A sublime calligraphy scroll having a Chinese attribution. The rough and swift strokes of the calligraphy can be seen as if movement is caught frozen in time. The calligraphy reads as an auspicious poem where the poet is using the flow of water in relation to the spread and development of the family with generation after generation of children.
