Identifying the painter through this mark would allow for a definitive determination. Painting only: 76 x 38 cm. Mounted on cardboard and framed in silk. Good condition, no restoration.

I would tend put this at the earlier date because the paper shows some age and this has been newly remounted, as well as the style is evoking feeling of a French boudoir.
