Sold A Cizhou porcelain caddy was found with original lotus-leaf cover.
In unique russet glaze, the caddy was exemplified the excellent decorative art of Cizhou wares. Date: Yuan Dynasty 13th century. Height:15cm Width:13cm An identical jar was found in a Yuan tomb painting (Tea ceremony 備茶圖).(see last picture) A custom-made cotton box is included.

USD $95.00 A rare GENUINE SWATOW MING DYNASTY POLYCHROME BOWL, 1570-1650, with overglaze iron red and green.
Fair overall condition, with some wear due to condiderable age inside the bowl. As common in SWATOW WARE, this bowl has sand/kiln/grit deposits on the bottom and outside and because of the high temperatures in the firing kiln, it is not perfectly level, but warped as shown in the photograph. Size: 21 cm. diameter. Very low price as warped!

Large Chinese Ming Dynasty Enamelled Porcelain Bowl
This attractive porcelain bowl was made during the Wanli Reign (1573 - 1620) of the Ming Dynasty. This type of porcelain is referred to as "Swatow" or "Zhangzhou" ware and was often exported to the South East Asian market. The outer wall has been decorated with a scrolling floral pattern in red and green enamels, the inner centre more simply decorated with a floral motif and two red rings...

$800.00 Porcelain vase in the shape of a gourd with Imari decor. The vase is mounted on a lathe. It is decorated in the Imari style in blue, red and gold with flowers on a background with stylized geometric cracks in cobalt blue inspired by frost. The base is without glassure. The collar seems a little short but it is not cut because the edge is covered with enamel. Height 22cm. There is a small chip and a slight 1cm crack that can be seen in the enlarged photo...

The cup and saucer were recovered from the wreck of the Dutch East India Company ship "De Geldermalsen", which sank in 1751 near Java. The recovered pieces from the wreck are now referred to as "The Nanking Cargo". Both cup and saucer still retain the original Christie's label from the auction held in Amsterdam in 1986. saucer measures 4.75ʺdiameter. Cup diameter is 3".Cup with saucer measures 2.25ʺ high

The surface is profusely decorated in underglaze blue of good colour, the decoration comprising four large panels containing various trees, blossoms and pierced rockwork, as well as smaller panels containing peony and chrysanthemum blossoms, together with geometric patterns... Rare Chinese Ming Dynasty Monochrome Moulded Porcelain Wine Cup
This rare porcelain wine cup was made during the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644) or possibly a little earlier. To the lower body is a band of moulded Buddhist rui lappets together with a moulded seal mark within the foot. The white porcelain body is particularly translucent, highly-fired with a high-pitched ring when tapped. Diameter 5.5 cm, height 3.5 cm... Height approximately 26.6 cm. There is a little bit slight different color on the neck. In good condition.
Diameter approximately 22 cm. There is a slight difference in color, not completely flat. More pictures are available. In good condition.
