Chinese Qing dynasty compressed globular form porcelain brush washer covered overall in a rich flambé glaze with a jun-like quality. The base is has an applied bronze wash and the foot rim is unglazed. The edge of the rim is bordered with a thin, geyao type crackled white glaze. There is an old collector’s tag on the base. 19th century. 4 1/8” diameter by 1 1/4” high. Very good overall condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. A lavishly decorated Chinese porcelain stool. The top is done in a red based motif with a five clawed dragon flying within the clouds. The body of the vase is decorated with scrolling vines and auspicious motifs scattered around the background, a motif often seen since the Ming dynasty. Age: 20th century Size: Diameter 11.5" Height 16"

Painted to depict lotus blossoms and tendrils, having a seal mark in underglaze red to underside, interior and foot ring glazed turquoise, raised on carved hardwood stand, measures 6.5"Dia. x 2.75"H, circa late 19th-early 20th century. Condition Report; Very tiny chip to the exterior, not all the way through, of the rim.

Chinese Qing dynasty Qianlong period Dehua porcelain blanc-de-chine Guanyin dressed in a long flowing robe and adorned with a beaded necklace. The figure is seated upon a recumbent "hou" (Buddhist lion-like creature) and she holds a ruyi scepter. Her elegant face has downcast eyes. A faintly visible impressed gourd form seal mark is on the back of her robe. A custom wood stand is included. The glaze is a warm, creamy, glossy ivory tone. 18th century or earlier...

A wonderful porcelain Chinese planter painted in Qianjiang style with scenes from The Red Chamber. Condition, some wear to enamels, otherwise very good, no chips, no cracks, no hairlines. Measures 8.5" long, 6.75" deep, 3.25 inches high.

A large heavy bottle vase depicting two confronting five clawed dragons amongst clouds and flames and above breaking waves. The base carries the six character seal mark of the Qianlong Emperor (1736-1795)but possibly made later during the 19th Century. It arrived in the UK before 1910 and is from an old West Country estate. Condition - the neck has been reduced and polished. There are no chips or cracks and there has been no restoration but there are surface scratches...

Chinese Qing dynasty Qianlong period round form deep plate decorated in underglaze blue on a celadon-white porcelain ground with two deer standing in a rocky landscape under a pine tree with a bat flying at the upper left. Bats and deer shown together symbolize blessings and wishes for high rank and official salary. The pine is a symbol of longevity. Four bamboo leaf sprays are at the outer rim. The foot rim and base are unglazed. 18th century. 11” diameter x 2 3/8” high...

A splendid Chinese celadon brush holder formed in the style of a scholar rock. The crackled glaze along with the celadon is a classical style that began during the Song dynasty and became popular among the ruling elite. A mark is found on the bottom of the pot reading, Jingxiu tang zhi which is the studio that made the piece. Age: 18th/19th century Size: Length 4" Width 3" Height 4.6"

An antique Chinese porcelain water coup glazed in a baby blue hued glaze. The bottom of the coup contains an inscription reading: Da Qing Guanxu Nianxin or Produced During the Reign of Emperor Guangxu , age 1875-1908. Size: Diameter 4" Height 1.3"
