Beautiful Antique Japanese tea kettle. Made in iron, there are vertical striations down the sides of kettle overlayed with bunches of grapes and vines, as well as flying birds. The guard shape of the kettle and handle symbolizes the seasonal autumn months and harvest. The kettle lid models a bronze red two toned beautifully lacquered glazing. A white porcelain bowl with under glaze incised (anhua） decoration depicting two dragons amongst stylized clouds and flames. On the base, in underglaze blue, is the six character reign mark of the Guangxu Emperor (1875-1908). Condition: there is a small shallow 0.5cm chip to the inside of the rim and much of the over glaze silver decoration is worn away. Antique Chinese hardwood table, intricately carved all over with swirling lingzhi mushrooms, beautiful dark hardwood, very heavy and solid, Republic Period. Size: 33" high x 64 3/4" long x 25 3/4" deep.

This is a wonderful cabinet vase by Gonda. This vase is not signed but Gonda was the master of this style of cloisonne. These wireless iris vases are not only highly desirable, but are also not easy to come by. The vase measures 3 3/4 inches tall. Condition is excellent.

Attention-getting Japanese paper mache demon face mask. Has a devious grin, large bulbous nose, with fanged gold teeth. Face is black with red and gold highlights, making features stand out and gives an amusing yet intriguing look. Contains holes in ears of mask with cloth netting running behind face. 19th Century Chinese Hardwood grain measuring Bucket with Brass trim and incised "Kuang Hsu" Emperor's mark on the side, made for celebration event, late 1800's, 5 5/8" high, 9" square-top, 9 1/4" square-bottom, top has brass mounted handle in the center as well as bottom corners. It is heavy weight made out of Rosewood, has two(2) cracks on the bottom.
