Very large Burmese hammered repousse copper-brass-bronze alloy bowl, with traces of silver, decorated with relief panels depicting "Chin Thei" Burmese Buddhist Lions and scrolled stylized foliage. Such bowls were primarily used in ceremonies. 19th Century, nice natural aged patina. Good condition, Size: H. 16 cm. x 30 cm. diameter at center (H.6.5" x 12" diameter). Rare collectors item!

A scholar's drum shaped porcelain water pot for calligraphy which doubles as a scroll or paper weight when not in use.
