Rare Chinese Han Dynasty Glazed Pottery Milling Shed

This rare and very interesting pottery model of a milling shed was made during the Eastern Han Dynasty (AD 25 - 220). The building has a doorway at the back and a gabled roof. Inside is the rice pounder and mill. It is made from a fairly high-fired red pottery. The thin pale green glaze that, due to long burial, has degraded over time and acquired a silvery iridescence, coats the roof and outer walls, whereas inside is it just the pounder...

Pair of solid cast mixed metal buttons representing different means of Japanese locomotion from the late 19th century. They are made of silver and shakudo inlaid with gold sentoku and silver. Some small details are in solid gold (dresses, petals, barriers) others are in gilded copper. The silver faces and hands are a bit worn as shown in the pictures. Real little jewels. Very nice quality work. On the reverse side two rings allow a suspension.We can sell only one 600$ or the 2 for 1000$ Origin...

A sweetmeat dish consisting of 1 central hexagonal dish surrounded by 6 fan-shaped dishes. Each dish has a straight side and is decorated in the center with one of the seven gods of good fortune, shichifukujin in overglaze enamels and gold on cream colored stoneware. The central dish holds the image of the only female member of the shichifukujin: Benzaiten.

The central dish is signed on the back Gyokuzan in a red and gold cartouche. The other six dishes are marked Gyokuzan in red and each...

A jewel, reliquary pendant. The receptacle is silver embossed, the cover is copper with mercury gilding embossed decoration of Buddhist emblems. A coral bead is set in the center. A ring is provided for a suspension cord. The part opposite this ring is a hollow cylinder. It is possible that there was another mobile part now lost? However I do not see any wear that a moving part would have necessarily left traces and the jewel is well balanced so. There is a 925 hallmark which must be the silver ...

Antique hanging scroll. A dragon dressed in kimono and apron stands on hind legs, and holds up high a jewel, as if offering to an invisible celestial divine creature. Above them is a swirl.

Signed: Shoto …utsutsu. Seal: Moroku sensei.

Few light stains and tiny spots, some foxing in mounting...

Antique Chinese small, carved boxwood container in the form of a lotus pod. A millet-like seeding plant entwines the lotus pod, it's elegant stalks acting as handles on the side and lid of the container.

Age: Republic Period (early 20th century)

Dimensions: 1 3/4" high x 3 1/4" long x 2 3/4" wide

Description: A small jade piece was carved as a ram.
It was an excellent piece by great carving skill.
It was stringed as a hanging necklace with old amber beads.
Date:18th Century, Qing Dynasty.

Even though I dated it as a Qing 18th C. piece. But from several characteristics (as follows), it was most likely  a piece before Song periods.
