Antique Tibetan bronze statue of Ganesha, with an arch of flames around his head, a mouse beneath his foot, four arms holding an axe, a noose, and a delicacy. His only empty hand performs the abhaya mudra, a gesture of protection. Traces of vermillion pigment. The bottom of the statue is lined with metal embossed with a flower. 17th century. Antique Tibetan hardwood cabinet, hand-painted with bright red, blue, yellow, and green lacquer pigment. Eight panels decorated the front with painted peonies and spiraling border design, a large panel underneath with geometric design. Very difficult to find. A Tibetan bronze ceremonial bell, with a gilt vajra shaped handled, finely cast with the image of a bodhisattva's head, the top of the bell with low-relief Sanskrit characters on lotus petals, small vajra pattern along the fluted edges of the bell, and an inner lotus petal design with signature inside the bell where the clapper hangs.

Antique Tibetan bronze figure of the Buddhist deity Kubera, lord of wealth, protector of the physical world. He lounges with piles of gold around him. In one hand he holds a mongoose, the enemy of the Naga (malevolent snake people and guardians to vast treasure), and a sweet morsel in his other. This form of Kubera is very well hand-cast with natural wear and patina.

Antique Tibetan bronze vajra dorje. The handle has three heads topped with a horse. The vajra connects the hilt to the head of Makara where a three edged blade is attached. It was made in Tibet in the 19th/20th century, obtained in Kathmandu in the 1960s. It measures 12" long.

Antique Tibetan Gau, or portable shrine, in a metal repousse container with imagery of lotuses and various figures, within is a deity behind a small glass window. Directly below the deity is the face of Kirtimukha, a common image in Southeast Asian temples. The box is secured within a pouch woven of cotton and silk, with a long strap and small stone clasps. 19th century.
