Two rare well carved Pyu stone elephants. These are a type of micro carvings that the Pyu period is noted for. There are holes drilled in both of the elephants for stringing. Size: See last photo. A VERY RARE SONG PERIOD, SAWANGKALOKE-SISACHANALAI, SIAMESE-THAI, IRON BROWN GLAZED SMALL MEDICINE BOTTLE. 14-16th Century. Has 2 intact loops as well as incised ringed ribbing. Good overall condition, no cracks, hairlines nor restorations. One inconsequential nick on the lip. Size: height 8cm. VERY RARE ITEM!

A superb and genuine IRON BROWN-BLACK GLAZED SAWANGKALOKE-SRICHANALAI JARLET WITH LIP, 14-16th CENTURY. VERY GOOD CONDITION OVERALL. SIZE: height 5.5 cm x 5 cm diameter. Provenance: found in the Musi River, close to Palembang City, which was the Capital of the SRIVIJAYA KINGDOM and which had a vast trading network with China and Siam. The color of the glaze is exceptionally attractive!

Inside the box are four compartments with their lids, also decorated with silver inserts showing stylised flowers. Philippines archipelago, Mindanao island, early 19th century.
