A snow laden tree and torii gate are at the left.
Titled "Snow at Ozawa; Torii Gate and a Cottage" the print was published by Watanabe prior to 1930. The title and artist's red Shotei seal are at the upper left...

The introductory page is written by Zen priest Hashimoto Dokuzan of Tenryuji Temple in Kyoto. The paintings are each signed with various names used by Kimura, mostly Seiun or Ren. The introductory and concluding pages are both dated 1929. It is 28 x 14 cm (5-1/2 x 11 inches) and in overall outstanding condition...

Watanabe "A" seal in right margin, indicating a first edition. Reference: Hotei No. 140. Medium: Japanese woodblock print. Condition: Paper toned at left and top margin edge. Top back margin has residue.

Length.375mm. Good condition, some slight fired defects.
An identical model but without the boatman (missing or broken?) is housed at the Los Angeles Museum (L.A.C.M.A).

$550.00 Pair of fine satzuma earthenware vases. The cream colored clay is covered with finely crackled glaze. A golden decoration representing pagodas in a mountainous landscape is placed on a matte black background. Some details are sprinkled to imitate morning mists. These are original vases inspired by Komai style vases in gold damask steel. Probably made in Kyoto during the Meiji or Taisho period. Good condition. Height: 125mm.
