Oversized limited-edition Japanese "sosaku hanga" woodblock print by Tamami Shima (1937-1999) titled "April Forest." The bottom margin is pencil-signed, titled in kanji, dated 1962, and numbered 67/100. Paper: 22"V x 15 7/8"H (image: 19 7/8"V x 13 3/4"H). Very good overall condition. April Forest is written in pen verso (see enlargement 5). From a Scottsdale, AZ estate. Originally purchased from M. M. Shinno & Associates in Los Angeles.

Rare limited-edition abstract Japanese sosaku hanga woodblock print by Jun'ichiro Sekino (1914-1988) believed to be dated circa late 1950s. The bottom margin is pencil-signed and numbered 2/50. A white ink Jun Sekino signature is at the lower right. Paper: 12 1/8"V x 24 7/8"H (image: 9 3/8"V x 22 1/8"H). There is a mat burn line and some soiling evident in the margins.
