The size of Fubako: 11 1/2" Long x 8 9/16" Wide x 2 1/16" High. This is beautiful and classy Japanese Shunkei Lacquer Fubako (stationary box) with fine Japanse Brocade design with flower and karakusa design. Inside has lavender color velvet inside cover as well as inside bottom. The condition of Fubako excellent. It never been used. There is no warping. No scratch and wear. It has the date on the back of box Showa 54. (1979) Sept. 6th. It said as the appreciation of many long years working...

The size of Kogo: 2 3/4" Dia x 1 5/16" High. This is beautiful Japanese Roiro, Black Makie Kogo (incense box). It has four makie leaves design with silver, gold, red, and dark green color with gold works. Inside Kogo with silver finish. The condition of Kogo excellent, no chip, no crack and no hairline. It does not come with Tomobako, match box by artist, but we will supply wooden box. Dating from after war 1950-1960's.

It is 1.3 inches (3.4 cm) tall by 3.8 inches (9.7 cm) wide by 7.4 inches (18.7 cm) in length. It is 1.1 Lb.

A lacquered wooden box decorated in built up Takamaki-e with Tsuba and Kozuka by Heian Zohiko dating from the first half of the 20th century. Inside is fine even nashiji.
