This is a very fine Japanese cloisonne saki pot done with the gilded wires. The condition of the gold is exceptional for this style of cloisonne. There is a very slight dent on the metal edge of the handle that can be seen best in the 5th image. The pot measures 4 inches across and has a slight bluish green counter enamel.

This is an outstanding Japanese cloisonne enamel Teapot or Sake Pot. The workmanship, quality, gilded wires and glow to the enamel show very much like the work from Namikawa Yasuyuki. The enamels and gilding are fabulous. It has a unique fine shape and measures 6" across to the spout. body is a high gloss black ground as well as the lid. This is a small nicely done Japanese Cloisonne vase with a gold wire butterfly. The enamel is of high quality and it appears like it could be a later Hayashi piece. It stands 3 3/4 inches tall and is in excellent condition. Just has come wear to silver on rims. It is not signed.

This is a fine antique Japanese cloisonne vase with a midnight blue background and 11 flying sparrows. The birds are well done and there appears to be movement when looking at this piece. The vase looks great but it has a unique hard to see fill to a chip with a short line next to it(see the last image). The vase has not been sprayed. The vase stands 6 inches tall.

This is a fine Japanese vase from the Meiji era with impeccable workmanship. The silver wire work and thick enamel are flawless much like a Namikawa Yasayuki piece. It is also has the weight of a Namikawa piece, but could have been created by Honda or Shibata. The high quality of this vase is more apparent when in hand. It is adorned with 30 butterflies. The vase stands 6 inches tall and is in excellent condition.

This is a very attractive antique Japanese Cloisonne Vase. The colors are very bright and the subject matter is pleasing to the eye. This in a very nice Japanese cloisonne wisteria vase. It has a soft yellowish/green ground color which is fairly uncommon.The vase is in outstanding condition having just a few factory pits. From the looks of the enamel and workmanship, this vase appears to have been made by Ota. The vase stands 9 1/2 inches tall and it is a heavy piece.

This is an attractive vintage Japanese Cloisonne vase. It is much like another piece we currently have listed but of higher quality. It may be from Ando. The wireless enamel work on the mountain and clouds is very good. Except in the foreground, the enamel colors are soft pastel tones of gray/blue. It just under 7 inches tall and 5 inches wide. There is a minor dent to bottom rim that can not be seen when on display. otherwise the condition is outstanding.

This is a fine 12 inch Japanese Cloisonne vase done with the very popular draping wisteria pattern. The enamel and wire silver wire work in the wisteria decorations are of a high standard. From the scroll work it appears to be an early Ando, Ito or Kinuken piece. The form is unusual and the piece is better than the images show. Condition is excellent.

This is a beautiful cloisonne vase. It is not signed but it appears to be a vintage Hayashi Kodenji piece. The colors are brilliant and the enamel has a high gloss. Besides the top and bottom scroll work there are 7 butterflies that adorn this vase. This stout vase stands 7 1/4 inches tall and is 6 inches wide. The rims are silver and condition is excellent.

Flames of red flash form the bird resurrected on the side of this large Cloisonne vase by the Ando company of Nagoya; Japan’s premier cloisonne studio. The color is hard to describe, seeming to be lit from within. A combination of wire and wireless design using gold wire with silver rim. Ando mark on base, the vase measures 37 cm (14-1/2 inches) tall, 32 cm (12-1/2 inches) diameter and is in excellent condition. It comes enclosed in a fine, custom made kiri-wood box.
