Right side of a carved wooden architectural panels that were once used in a temple. The panels are carved with a pair of smiling figures set near a tree. The panel may have been placed under the corner eaves of the roof above the pillars. Elaborate carvings became popular during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) various motifs and designs were created often seen in Taoist and Confucian temple architecture. These motifs is thought to represent the central philosophy of the religion. Age: 19th century...

A beautifully rendered statue of Lu Xing, the Chinese God of Wealth and one of the 3 Star Gods. Richly painted in bright floral patterns and scrolling tendrils, it is in excellent condition. There are hole piercings in the ears and nose areas of Lu, and ear piercings in the child. C The sculpture measures 17" or 43.17 cm high and dates to the late Qing. Circa 1900. Marked on bottom.

Han Dynasty pottery vase. Authentic and of the period, 221 B.C. to 206 A.D. In the photos, you can see the firing supports that are still intact, as well as the oxidation of the lead glaze, with the silver bleeding through to the surface, all of which lend to its authenticity. It is worth noting that there are several incised bands around the circumference of the jar. Measures approximately 17” (43.2 cm)tall and 10” diameter at widest.

Six (6) different cups in transitional age and decoration. Painted in different flower sprays and sea scenery's. Condition: Five in perfect condition. Antique Chinese carved wood side table. The wood has been lacquered in black. It is ornately carved with flowers and dragons. The top is inset with red marble. It measures 32" tall, 18" diameter at widest, table top 15" diameter. Early Republic circa 1900

Chinese export Imari plate, early 18th c. Outer border of scroll-work, the well with a bird and a blossoming tree motif within a diaper border, all in under-glaze blue and iron red and gilt over the glaze. Diameter "8¾/ 22,5 cm. Condition: some wear to the well and a 2 mm nick or glaze burst to the rim (cf. photos).

A tea bowl with iron red decoration of seal script and other characters. With slightly flaring and brown-glazed rim and a shop mark in under-glaze blue. First half of the 18th century. Height "2/ 5 cm, diameter "3½/ 9 cm Condition: fine.

Three small so-called Kitchen Qing jars with under-glaze blue decoration of sweet pea vines and flowers. Probably used as medicine bottles, 19th century. Height "2 – 2¼/ 5,3 – 6,1 cm. Condition: fine.

The cup has a soft velvet surface with shadows into a clear white tone. Very nice item. Provenience: The Collection of SR Parker, Esq., past president of the Southeast Asian Ceramics Society(SEACS) (1978-1980). Condition: Very good condition. Small rim frittering exist.
