This is a Chinese antique brocade dragon costume of blue and gold satin silk, which draws five nail dragons on the front and back featuring Chinese treasure, longevity sign. In a very good condition No stain, no damage, yarn is not loose. Almost perfect condition. This was brought to Japan in the Qing Dynasty era. It was rarely used c1890. Height about 129 cm Width of a garment - From sleeves to sleeves 199 cm (78.3 "50.7").

Tibetan Temple prayer carpet with two dragons, each chasing it's elusive pearl. Size: L. 150 cm. W. 87cm. Feet 4'9"X 2'7". Condition. No repairs.

Richly enameled with vibrant colors on a dark blue ground, this Chinese footed porcelain bowl has a turquoise interior. A seal mark is on the base bottom along with the word "CHINA". In excellent condition, no chips, no repairs, it measures 5" square x 2.75" high.

The motif of an elephant with a vase on its back has an auspicious meaning of "peaceful times (taiping youxiang 太平有象 - when there is peace, there are signs)". This motif was popular in Qing Dynasty, we date this one to 19th century. The elephant is in perfect condition. Length:9-1/2"; height: 9-1/2".

Fine Chinese Qianlong Period famille rose teapot; floral garlands depicted on front and rear; one tiny chip to handle and inside base rim; otherwise excellent

A pair of Chinese famille rose bowls, decorated with gourd and butterfly motifs on green grounds. Gourds and butterflies together have an auspicious hidden meaning of "Guadie Mianmian (瓜瓞绵绵)” - may there be ceaseless generations of sons and grandsons. There are six character "Daqing jiaqing nianzhi" marks inside the foot rims, and of the period. Condition: nearly perfect condition,the only flaw is one tiny chip on the rim. A beautiful nineteen century woven temple carpet with nice design. The center pattern features 3 large multi-colored abstract florals against a black background that is surrounded by a blue & white keyfret design frame. The center florals include stylized lingzhi fungus combined in the design. The outer edge features abstract cloud and water patterns. These designs symbolize longevity, fertility and good luck. A very rare and well made Temple carpet from Tibet with an Imperial dragon with five claws chasing the elusive pearl. This carpet was made to wrap around the column in the temple and the two ends meet. Size: L.222 cm. W. 122 cm. (7 feet X 4 feet). Condition: No repairs.

A very fine Chinese Imari saucer dish decorated with elaborate sprays of Chrysanthemums and Irises with a central motif of a Chrysanthemum all richly gilded with a minimum of underglaze blue elements in the design. The edge of the dish with a gilded brown glazed rim. The reverse painted with two prunus sprigs in iron red and underglaze blue. The dish dates to the early 18th century; late Kangxi to Yongzheng...
