Sold Description: A pair of porcelain whistling dolls were in creamy white slip and were sketched with black paint. Except one broken ankle on the left foot of the bigger one and was glued back, then two of them in very good condition. They whistled well even after 800 years. Height: 5.8cm, 5.0cm.

SOLD A Pair of Qingbai Glazed Granary Vases. Circa, 960-1279, Song Dynasty.
Found in the Philippines.
Both vases feature a tall ovoid shaped body, rising from a short splayed foot, tapering to its shoulders onto a long waisted neck and a flanged mouth with an applied decoration of a dragon above encircling figures and both are covered overall in a green-white 'Qingbai' glaze, except for their bases which remains fully unglazed...
A fine pair of small jars, with their lid. Jade, of light celadon color, with inclusions, particularly on one of them with reddish color. China, Qing Dynasty, 18th century. Height: 3.5 cm. Diameter: 4 cm. Tiny chips on the rims (barely visible), otherwise very good condition.

A pair of Jizhou tiger toys were excavated in original condition. It is very hard to find genuine Jizhou wares with tortoisshell glaze. It was unique too to find them in pairs even though they're dolls. And most importantly they were in obvious condition for authentication. The buried deposits were firmly left here and there on the surface. And the glaze were partially crackled due to age. The body clay were light brownish with soft matrix quality...

Characteristic abrasion was found at the foot ring where the body clay was covered with burial adhesives. Incursions were also found on the mouth rim. They were in lovely sizes- very hard to find on the market, but ideally for tea ceremony. Date: Southern Song dynasty, 1127-1279...
