Antique pair of bronze candlesticks in the form of two young Chinese boys. Dressed in traditional formal Chinese robes, the children each hold an elaborate two tiered candlestick in the form of porcelain bowls. One boy holds a fan while the other holds the corner of his robe. Elegant and detailed.

In the 1970s in Nice (south ofFrance), the saleswoman claimed to be the granddaughter of an imperial concubine who had been able to bring back only these 3 panels as a memory when she left China at the fall of the Qing...

Lady's red silk satin garment with front overlap closing to the right, fastened with four knot and loop toggle buttons, slit sides. Embroidered with multicolored scattered scheme of butterflies, double gourds and flowers. Four lobed collar terminating in ruyi heads. All borders extravagantly embroidered with romance figures in a landscape setting, with gold thread couching and Peking knot. Green silk lining...

The cloisonné stand decorated with rat and vine motif (symbol of long life). H. 18 cm ( 7 inch), D. 10 cm (4 inch). Condition: one chip to the enamel.

Two rares silver elements with embossed decoration representing scrolls of plants and flowers animated by butterflies and animals which could be rats, dormice or squirrels? It is likely that these 2 elements are the ends of the axle of a paint roller. Chinese goldsmith work from the 19th century or before. 19th C bronze Chinese vase featuring elegant lines and a beautiful warm patina. Condition is very good with some surface micro abrasions, interior with scattered dots of patination (see last photo), all of which are consistent with age. Circa 1860-1880. Measures 6 1/8 inches high, 3 1/8 inches across.

Early 20th Century rose quartz carving of 2 beauties. Made of one piece, it is difficult to find a double figure carving like this. Presented on a custom rosewood stand, this rose quartz carving has really nice details that we were not able to fully capture with a camera. It is much nicer in person and you won't be disappointed. In excellent condition, it measures on stand 10-1/2" high x 5" wide x 2". Carving alone measures 9-1/8" high.

A pair silver goblets with floral decoration, in its original silk box with glass front and handle. Foot marked with Chinese characters. Condition: silk faded, maybe top of the box's front missing, back of box with scribbling. Dimension goblet: c. 9.3 cm high, weight together: 73 g, box: c. 15.3 x 13.3 x 5.3 cm.

The is a Qing Dynasty YongZheng era fish plate painted using blue and copper red, there is one visible hairline otherwise in very good condition
