Beautiful Chinese fragment of a dragon robe, Kangxi period, Qing dynasty. Decorated with 3 five-clawed dragons. A front faced dragon located at the chest area while the other two dragons holding fire pearl looking upward and flying above the sea waves. $500.00 A fine and rare incense burner for the scholar’s table of carved and polished black stone. Rectangular in shape, a pair of open-work handles in the form of scrolls on four short legs. The two main sides carved with dragons in archaic style. China, mid-Qing, 18th cent. W 9 cm, D 4.5 cm, H 5 cm. Condition: Super (minor wear due to age, but very good patina all-over).

$8,000.00 Antique Chinese figure of the goddess Quanyin seated with a child on her lap. Made of bronze and lacquered in red then black lacquer, this statue was once completely covered in gold. The goddess of compassion sits with one hand delicately balanced on her knee. The other hand holds the hand of the tiny girl-child in her lap. Both goddess and child are sculpted with beautiful expressions and naturalistic details. Qing Dynasty.

PAINTING depicting a seated Guzheng Player in a garden while secretly being observed by two beautiful Maidens. Framed, with Chinese characters/text and Seal. Overall good condition. Size: 35 cm. x 32 cm. (~ 14" x 12.5" inches) framed.
Chinese late Qing dynasty sang-de-boeuf (oxblood) flambé glazed cylindrical form censer. The oxblood glaze drips inside at the rim above the thick off-white glaze lining the interior. The censer rests upon vestiges of three small tripod legs. The base is unglazed and has burnt orange. As is typical of late 19th century examples, the base shows evidence where the glaze ran off the base and was broken off the kiln supports. 7 3/8” diameter x 5 1/2” high. $750.00 Chinese elm wood square low table in a natural finish with two deep drawers each on two alternating sides. Brass hardware appears to be original. Late 19th century. 19 5/8"H x 31 3/4" square. There is an old narrow moon shaped burn on the top (see enlargement 3) and there are a few small separations in the wood on the top from shrinkage. This piece is from a Tucson collection and was purchased by expatriates to Taiwan in the 1980's.
