Description: A black-glazed, narrowed-neck bottle vase was squeezed and applied on shoulder with four small looped handles.
Well applied on the surface with dark glaze which was in greasy feel and was yielded with immensely spread crackles due to age, it was sat on a flat bottom from which the grayish white-tinted body clay was revealed.

Date: Southern Dynasty南朝, 5th-6th century.

A Han bird of an attractive translucent green jade with dark green 'peppery' streaked inclusions. Its squarish stylized shape is both simple and pleasing to the eye. It has an hole for stringing as a pendant..

Condition: Very good. There's a little roughness at the edge of one wing from age but it is not a break.

A very large authentic Tang tomb guardian wearing a typical warrior's uniform standing on an evil earth creature with remains of the original pigments. The guardian was there to protect the tomb from these evil creatures. The item was found with its parts separated.Large statues like this were made in several parts. See last photo. Tang dynasty Changsha ware bowl. 15,3 cm diameter. Conditions free from any repair. There is has some small chipped at the rim and glaze degradation.

This jade carving depicts two dragons, seated back to back and is, as best I can tell, the real deal. Not only are there no signs whatsoever of modern tooling, but each of the holes at the snout has been drilled from both sides, using a conical bit. The jade itself does not lie 100% flat, which would be another "telltale" of modern production. Instead, it is slightly curved...

A nice rare scalloped Liao plate, boldly incised with blossoms and leaves, under a cream and bright leaf green and amber glaze. Comes with a certificate from the Chinese Government Auction House. Size: Diameter. 13.5cm. Condition: A broken piece at the rim that was glued back on probably at the site. It is almost invisible on the front of the plate. See photos.
