Archaic bronze lidded ritual food vessel on three legs (Ding). The body is round in form and divided into banded areas of detailed interlocking cloud and thunder motif. The band closest to the rim curves inward before flanging out again. There are two animal headed looped handles cast on either side. The three feet are squat and curved with cast details like those on the handles. The lid is similarly divided into banded areas to match the body...

Made of grey pottery, covered with a white layer of paint, decorated with bright red and black pigments. Figures of this very large size are rare and were only made for royalty and high nobility. The figure was made in two parts, the head was connected with the body by a wooden pin, which is of course now gone and replaced by a carboard roll. Condition: wear to the painting, the figure is covered in soil, traces of plant roots...

Small figurine finely cast in the shape of a human being in a crouching posture, with horn shaped hairdo. Bronze, with reddish-green patina. This particular object appears to be the support of a large bronze base, as shown on a picture of similar objects exhibited at the National Historical Museum in Beijing (cat. Chinese Neolithic tripod earthenware ewer (gui) of the Dawenkou culture (4th-3rd millennium BCE) meant for use in religious ceremonies. The vessel has a flared, upwards pointing mouth with a single ribbed handle on its back, ribbing along the body's edges, and its tripod legs are dramatically tapered to the feet.

Two ancient bronze "coins" shaped like small bowed knives. Both have encrustation on the bronze of varied coloration including that of a a blue-green malachite color from long burial. Period: Shang Dynasty (1600-1028 BC) Sizes: One is 14.5 cm long. The other is 17.7 cm long. Condition: The coins have natural wear and small chips to their rims and encrustation due to age. Nice patina. Would make an interesting addition to any coin collection.

An unusual and rare unique Han white stone pendant with various colors in the stone, carved in a most interesting way. There are two old beads with the stone,the red one Ming and the other Tang. Age: Han Dynasty - 206BC - 220 AD. Size: L. 4cm. W. 3cm. Condition: Very good. No repairs or cracks.

A very unique and rare red agate oval Pyu seal. The white band on the surface of the stone has been skillfully carved down to the next red layer with a sacred bull. The red in the stone is more of a ruby red than an orangery red. When looking sideways at the stone at a certain angle, you can see the crystal clear band sandwiched in between two red bands which is natural to the stone...
