A fine,large and very rare eight sided documentary vase (with fitted wood stand) - decorated in Chinese scholar's taste and bearing two poems. The first, small poem on the neck of the vase, describes the under glaze blue painted picture on the reverse side. Roughly translated - "Fisherman looks across riverbank - there are Huang Yang trees. There are three roads leading home and he carries a 'dan' (two baskets with carrying yoke)...

This plate was likely fired for a birthday celebration at the imperial Guangxu court. Its border with the vastly different renditions of the Chinese "longevity" character is absolutely amazing.

Beautiful small Chinese jade carving of a seated goose clutching a leafy sprig in its beak. Lovely detail all over. The jade is of gray-green matrix with light inclusions. Age: 19th century. Size: 2.25" width.

Antique Chinese beautifully carved large bench, back rest and arm rests are carved with scenes of fu-dogs and pups, panel across the bottom is carved with scene of deer and cranes, made mostly entirely of huanghuali wood with another dark hardwood, 19th century. Size: 38 1/2" high x 67 3/4" long x 29 1/2" deep.

A larger than average ovoid jar (without cover) profusely decorated with Famille Rose enamels depicting stylized lotus scrolls enclosing two large panels and two small peach shaped panels. The panels are painted with peony, lotus and other flowers; one panel depicts an egret amongst water plants. This item was made in China in the late 18th or early 19th Century, circa 1790-1820 during the Qianlong or Jiaqing reign...

Antique Chinese celadon stoneware bowl with green glaze. The bowl has subtle textures, the center has a faint lotus flower encircled by an incised line, the body has radiating lines from the center, the rim of the bowl is slightly recessed. It measures 14" in diameter, 5" tall. The base has an unglazed ring where it was fired in the kiln and the unglazed ceramic can be seen.

Antique Chinese deep blue gauze summer robe, decorated with five-clawed dragons in brown thread, 8 dragons with 5 more small dragons on the sleeves and collar, beautiful details of swirling clouds, 19th century. Size: 48" high x 72" long

A deep dish or shallow bowl delicately painted with famille rose enamels depicting two historical figures with their titles and accompanying poems and with a peach and bat to the centre. The base carries the reign mark of the Daoguang emperor and this item was possibly made during his reign. Up for sale is a bolt of antique chinese silk brocade, yardage with roundel of auspicious symbols for Manchu man's robe, 19th or early 20th century. A Chinese jade carving of a mythical beast and cob on its back. The stone is of medium celadon hue with a few darker spots as seen in the images, the quality of the carving is fine and detailed, especially in the head area. 19th Century Chinese Gilt Bronze Dragon Belt Buckle with Jadeite & Tourmaline

The overall measurement is 4.2 inches (10.7 cm) long by 0.9 inch (2.4 cm) wide. The jadeite range from is 20.8 mm to 34.9 mm long by 11.3 mm to 15.6 mm wide. The tourmaline is 9.4 mm long by 6.76 mm wide. It is 41.5 gram.

It has rubbing of gilt and surface wears and scratches. The jadeite and tourmaline have inclusions and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos)...

Chinese late Qing dynasty red silk temple hanging or altar frontispiece densely embroidered in metallic-couched and polychrome silk threads with the “Three Star Gods” and other symbols of good fortune, longevity, and happiness. A horizontal panel across the top is embroidered in gold with four padded characters. Reading from right to left, these read “fu (happiness), lu (wealth), shou (longevity), and xi (blessings).” Each character corresponds with one of the figures below...
