Chinese white jade boulder beautifully carved with mountain scene, on one side are monks in a mountain pavilion with twisting pines, roof tops and stairways peep through swirling mist and rocky crags, on the reverse is a rural scene of a man riding a buffalo through more rocks and pines, from one tree hangs a string of coins. Republic Period. Size: 4 3/4" high x 5 1/4" wide x 2 1/4" deep

Chinese soapstone pebble, beautifully carved with scene of three luohan (monks), one is standing with alms bowl outstretched out of which a cloud of mist rises and wraps to the reverse of the pebble, two bats fly over the bowl, surrounding the monks are rocks and low branches, lovely yellow and buff colors, on carved wooden base. Total size (on stand): 3 3/8" high

A very rare lacquered wood opium box. The outside decorated with poems, seals flower branches and a bird. The lid with brass handles. When folded out the lid and front become a tray. The box offers place to 5 pipe bowls and a lamp and has two drawers for tools. At the back of the mirror there is another compartment.Under the drawers there is space for a small metal tray. Chinese carved jadite pitcher with dragon handle and loose ring under spout, very thinly carved of a beautiful translucent pale green color jadite, scrolling motif along the edge, each side is carved with a dragon in low relief, Republic Period. Size: 5" long

Quirky glass ring emulating agate. This piece came from China but possibly is a trade object. I acquired this in a lot of other ancient pieces. A conservative dating to this is Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) and guarantees it to this period. There is one crack as well as some bubble burst pitting on the surface. Outer D: 2.8cm and inner D: 1.9cm.

Splendid Chinese lacquered stand with inlaid views of scholarly figures within a view of a pavilion. Two legged stand with mosaic-like inlay done with maroon colored lacquer. A superb Chinese porcelain vase richly painted in a color hue that is seldom seen, with mauve blue and purple, moss green and saffron yellow with rich iron red accents. This large vase displays a whimsical scene of boys at play. Notice as one boy over reacts as a spider dangles from his hand held fan, a cat awaits for his chance to pounce his new found play toy, another little boy hides behind his mother in fear of the commotion...

Description:

A Jiangyang Temmoko bowl was decorated with radiating russet splashes on the surface.
It was a rare type of this kind in Jiangyang wares.
Enduring old crackles were yielded naturally in the glaze when retrospective sheen was reflected on the surface.
It was used to be coated on the mouth rim with silver band. The silver band had long gone and only left with the residues around.
The bowl was kept in perfect condition without any restorations...

Description:

A Yaozhou incense burner or XinLu was intriguingly squeezed with five feet.
In saucer form, the body was decorated with carved motifs on the surface of the rim.
It was preserved in very good condition by nice glaze when sandy-tinted incursion were happened in portions.
One broken foot was caused during burial.
A nice restoration may do it's justice. But I would rather to leave it the buyer to decide...

Beautiful dish or bowl with a landscape and cottages in Famille rose colours and gold within a diaper border in pale turquoise. Early Qianlong, first half of the 18th century. Diameter "9¾/ 24,8 cm and height "1½/ 4 cm. Condition: two hairlines, one piece reglued (cf. pics).
