Tall Chinese Qing dynasty baluster form porcelain vase covered overall with a thick red Langyao (also called sang-de-boeuf or oxblood) glaze that thins to white at the rim, drips down into the interior top of the trumpet mouth, and pools unevenly around the irregular foot rim. The base is raised upon a set-in foot. A grayish white crackled glaze base is visible in the interior and on the recessed base.
