A porcelain hat stand painted in the Qianjiang palette with a young lady contemplating a flower twig at the window. Inscribed with calligraphy in black, dated "ji hai" corresponding to 1899 and signed "Gao Xintian". Base with stamped iron red mark "Guangxu". Condition: no repairs and cracks - little wear to painting and gilt rim. Dimension: 27.8 cm high, diameter: 11.6 cm.

Gorgeous antique Chinese 33 piece porcelain tea set with bright glaze designs of flowers in red, blue, green, yellow, and purple. Each individual piece bears the red Guangxu mark on its underside (1871-1908). Perfect condition. Size: Large Plate 10.25" diameter

Chinese Ming Dynasty (or older) stone head of a Buddha, mounted. The size is 44 cm in height (including stand) and the weight is 16,5 kg.

Well-carved with the face in a pleasant expression with beautiful lips and almond-shaped eyes, flanked by elongated earlobes and his hair in a four leaf style, which is extremely rare. We never have seen that type of hair on the antique market before.

Very rare complete jacket back panel from the remote Miao Jiupang group from Jiahe County, Guizhou province (see last enlargement), with purple embroidered pattern between the spaces in the tin decoration. This style of decoration is unique to this group and very difficult to make, as every tiny bit of tin has to be individually cut and crimped. Recently acquired from a private Hong Kong collector, these are the first examples I have send of these I have seen in the past 10 years...

The square porcelain bodies decorated with moulded lattice work, decorated in blue with long life (shou) characters. Qianlong period (1736-1795). Dimensions: 12x7,8x7,8 cm. A very rare wood panel, covered with a white ground and decorated with a painting of a bodhisattva. This panel was found in a cave temple in the Dunhuang mountains in the Gansu Province. We acquired a group of six panels from a Dutch collector who bought the panels in China in the 1980's. Dimensions: 46x20 cm. Tang Dynasty (618-906).Wooden objects from this period are quite rare.
