A very unusual piece that I've never seen before. Possibly this lamp was made as an advertising piece for a lamp shop, or maybe it was used in an opium kit. The foot has decorations in reliëf, covered with enamels. H. 25 cm (10 inch), D. 21 cm (8,5 inch). Condition: two minor chips to the enamel. The glass seems to be original.

The cloisonné stand decorated with rat and vine motif (symbol of long life). H. 18 cm ( 7 inch), D. 10 cm (4 inch). Condition: one chip to the enamel.

The pipe made of bamboo, the ends made of ivory. Engraved paktong saddle and a plain stoneware bowl with maker's mark. China, late 19th century. L. 49 cm (20 inch). Condition: age cracks in the ivory, wonderful patina.

A small Paktong Ink Box with engraved landscape decoration, made in China during the Republic period (1912-1949) or earlier. The copper base bears a shop or retailer's mark which reads "Yong Fa Chang". Condition - there are small surface bumps and marks (please view enlargements) and there is wear to the base...

An archaic style jar with crackle-glaze and simulated metal mounts depicticting a Scholar / Musician with a Servant carrying a Qin (string instrument). This item was made in the late 19th Century for export, possibly during the reign of the Tongzhi emperor (1862-1874) when this style was first introduced. A small jar decorated in early 18th Century Kangxi style with Famille Verte / Wucai enamels depicting a legendary battle scene possibly from from the historical epic novel "San Guo Zhi Yan Yi" (Romance of the Three Kingdoms) attributed to the 14th Century novelist Luo Guanzhong. This item was made for export during the late 19th/early 20th Century, probably during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Condition - very good - no damages and no restoration...

Chinese antique fencai porcelain dish with three circles of images of different blooming flowers with a pink sgraffito ground scrolling vine pattern surrounding the image. No decoration in the interior section. Apocryphal Yongzheng mark in a double ring, late Qing/Republic Period, 19th century or later. Perfect condition. Size: Diameter: 7.75" Height:2".

Lovely Chinese jade rectangular plaque, well-carved with a flying dragon chasing his flaming jewel, with a pierced hole for hanging, the reverse reads "Xiang Long Cheng Chang" in a rectangular cartouche, the color is a pale celadon tan with a russet trace, size: 2.5" High

A rare finely painted porcelain bottle vase decorated in what is known in America as the "Fitzhugh" pattern. This item was produced, probably for export to the USA, either late in the Qianlong reign (1736-1795) or during the reign of the Jiaqinq emperor (1796-1820). Chinese vase with clay sculpture of a dragon on the top of the vase. The vase is decorated with ancient to old bronze coins from different eras of Chinese history. In the middle, there is an inscription written about the history of Chinese coin minting technology. The calligraphy is titled: Gu Qian Ton Shuo, the story of the ancient coins.
