Chinese late Qing dynasty Guangxu period multi-lobed wedding collar embroidered in polychrome silk thread with flowers, birds, insects, and small animals on a silk ground. The collar is composed of two layers of streamers, with shorter red narrow streamers lightly stitched onto longer white streamers which terminate in ruyi heads. A blue and white Nanking butter tub trimmed with the classic Nanking border, but with an unusual rooster on the rock design and a peach final. The tub measures about 3 1/2" high x 5 1/2 wide x 4 1/4" deep and dates to the late 18th, early 19th Century. Condition: The condition is excellent. The Chinese porcelain dish has a border of two repeating elements, a garlanded ruyi and three interlinked rings. The centre of the dish depicts a Chinese landscape with two scholars approaching a solitary angler. The dish was made for the Japanese where such pieces were used and much appreciated in the tea ceremony, at a time when the Japanese porcelain industry was in its infancy.

A nice Nyonya plate with a painting of an old Sage and a poem centered around him. The poem says he is ninety years old and is about all his hardships. The Sage is surrounded by a floral design and the back has paintings of peaches and bats symbols of good luck and prosperity.Nonya wares are over-glaze polychrome enamelled porcelains made in Jingdezhen in the Kiangsi province of China for the Straits Chinese, or Babas, whose female counterparts are called Nyonyas, hence the term Nyonya ware...

This antique Mongolian belt evokes the image of Mongolian horseman galloping across the plains... The chain is heavily patinated from age and use. The deeply doomed central medallion retains the original stained dark finish and highlighted gold (unknown source) on the border and central decoration. This piece is heavy... the central medallion is 6+ inches across,3.5 inches wide, and 3+ inches deep.
