Beautifully hand-carved snuff bottle made from peking glass, a process in which a single colored glass is dipped layer by layer into differently colored glass and then carved into delicate designs. This particular bottle has a slightly yellowish transparent main color, dipped into red glass, with carvings of beautiful flowers and leaves on vines, carried by two robed men, with intricate detailing on their clothing and faces. A large shiwan (shekwan) sculpture of an Aesthetic riding a pomegranate red foo lion. The glaze is thick and glass-like with a natural crackle that only comes from age. The clay’s color and some ash residue (a good thing) indicate that this piece was fired in a dragon kiln about 5 - 15 miles upstream from Foshan. The Immortal’s robes are glazed with a rich translucent celadon color. There are two peaches at his side and he is holding a single peach in his upright hand...

Japanese noh theater mask of a young woman, carved with pierced eyes, mouth, and nostrils for the wearer, as well as two pierced holes at the temples to be secured against one's head. Lacquered in flesh tone, black hair and blackened teeth and eyes, red lips, and black lacquer interior. With kiri (paulownia) tomobako, inscribed with the name "Juuroku".

This is a Qing Dinasty, 18th/19th century, Flattened, Rectangular form tapering towards base snuff bottle, with rounded shoulders, flared short neck, and raised oval footing. It has a deep, rich spinach-green color with dark mottling. It is excellently carved in-relief, all around, with birds perching on leafy Chrysanthemum branches rising from rocks...

Chinese framed painting of a mother donkey feeding her young, while a third donkey turns away in an opposite direction. Signed "Huang Zhou" (1925-1997) with two red chops.

A very unusual & original Han well with the "jing" design, symbol for well and two intertwined snakes for the handle. There is some iridescence at the bottom of the base of the green glaze from age. Green glaze was used to make it look like bronze. Size: H. 30.5cm W.16cm. Condition: Very small repair on the underside of the rim, otherwise in very good condition. See photo.

Framed Chinese 18th Century, mid- Qing dynasty Qianglong period kesi 5 claws blue dragon panel. This piece is relatively sparse compare to other panels, probably use it on a summer outfit. A delicate antique Chinese Tea Box with exquisitely decorated gilt relief. It has a pewter box lining with a glass knob. The lacquer shows images of a pavillion setting with trees and a border of flowers. The pewter box has a primitive etching of scholars with rocks and grasses. The interior top is lacquer with two gold fronds.
