Antique Chinese small hardwood display cabinet, with multi-tiered platforms for the display of tea articles and other special pieces. The front of the cabinet has two front hinged doors carved with fu dogs, its apron below carved with scrolling motifs. The interior holds two small secret drawers and an open storage compartment.

Wonderful Chinese tall stand made of root wood burl, top surface is round, stands on 3 feet, beautiful curving tendrils of knotted burl wood, mid 20th century. Size: 43 1/2" high x 18" wide on top (19" wide at feet)

Chinese teakwood tabletop display stand. Each of the four tiers for holding objects has carved frieze decoration. 18” wide x 15” high x 5 1/4" deep. 20th century. Very good overall condition. A marvelous three panel table screen done in a combination of Chinese hardwood and porcelain blanc de chine style panels. The central panel is an image of chrysanthemums in full bloom, the left panel is depicting bamboo and the right panel is a branch with dogwood-like flowers with a vine attached to its branches. Chinese colossal armchair in carved wood. Dimensions of an Imperial throne. Excellent quality wood, very hard with very fine grain, excessively heavy (an armchair weighs 80kg) nice grain. Intricate but elegant perfect cabinetmaker work. Sculptures in relief and cut with a total mastery of the tool. The drawings are precise, elegant and show no fault of chisel or taste. In addition, all the subjects treated have traditional Chinese meanings, longevity, fortune, luck, marital happiness, etc...

Gorgeous Chinese six panel Cinnabar screen with hardwood frame. Very detailed cinnabar carving with 30 separate scenes carved into the cinnabar. Very heavy and solid. Overall good condition with some losses. 20th Century Dimensions: 68" High X 75" Wide

Only one of the most beautiful wood and lacquer Chinese baskets or round box ever to pass through my hands, this stunning beauty measures 9" high with the finial x 9" diameter and has strong decorative appeal, as well as being a genuine antique. The lid has a foo dog finial and is surrounded by Buddhist symbols, truly stunning details and exquisitely carved in low relief. The box dates circa 1890, really beautiful when you consider that the box is over 118 years old.

Round Chinese wooden red lacquer storage box with auspicious symbols in gold. In excellent condition commensurate with age, measures 7.5" diameter x 3" high. Dates first half 20th century.

Chinese Wood small square table with one(1) drawer has embossed floral design brass handle, 14 3/4" high, 12 1/4" square top, mid 1900's, with honey color brown finish. There are some separation in wood between dovetail joint, top has opening gap between molding and top surface area.

Antique Chinese carved zitan wood table. The curving legs on which the table top stands are ornately carved with pierced details. The edges of the round table top is carved to match. All original.

The Ming dynasty tradition of mortise and tenon joinery can be seen and experienced in this later Ming form day bed. The Zitan bed platform rests soundly on all four inverted horse hoof legs. Mortise corners frame the woven bamboo rattan seat cover. For added flexibility, roped lacing and carved wooden support structures help reinforce the durability of its function.
