An authentic neolithic Chinese nephrite jade bi. The piece measures 6-1/2" in diameter. The central hole is drilled conically from one side only. A medium green nephrite with darker inclusions. There are visible marks inside the central hole showing how it was drilled. Authenticity is guaranteed. All of these jade pieces that I am listing come from a collection formed before 2000 and are not modern copies.

This is a large, substantial ancient Chinese nephrite object which appears to be composed of two opposing "core" elements from a cong or similar tube object. Each end tapers toward the middle where a "shoulder" ridge is present. The piece measures just under 7" in length and is 1-3/4" at the widest diameter. The piece has been seen and authenticated and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. The stone itself is celadon colored nephrite with substantial dark inclusions...

1930's Chinese Moss Agate Carved Libation Cup with Wood Stand

The cup is 4 inches (10.2 cm) long by 2.6 inches (6.7 cm) wide by 1.85 inches (4.7 cm) tall. The base is 1.22 inches (3.1 cm) tall by 3.11 inches (7.9 cm) long by 2 inches (5.3 cm) wide. The cup weight 74.1 gram, and the base is 32.4 gram.

Incredible circa 1870s Cantonese export finely carved natural (no finish applied) sandalwood three place photo frame. This frame has the best fine carvings in minute detail of any Canton worked frame we have ever seen. It has adult and young Kylin animals along with figures, including a friar, in a central medallion, the finest carved pillars separating each lower photo area...

Early to mid 19c light greyish/celadon jade medallion in circular form having a central Kylin surrounded by symbols. Superbly carved and pierced with the finest details with a worked edge having the back indented and smoothly finished. This medallion was probably removed from a cloisonne or bronze wine ewer or censor. This piece is of the finest caliber, showing a wonderful hand polish all the way through and in perfect condition. Size 2-1/4" Diameter and nice thickness...

Late 19th C Chinese red with gold gilt carving of a baby elephant resting on plinth. This hand-carved elephant and platform are solid wood and do not detach. Republic period, 1940s or earlier, semi translucent jade brush washer, or possibly a snuff tray, in an unusual oval shape with a small carved flower button in the center. The jade has a lovely soft polished surface which is always rare to find. Color is best described as white jade with a pale celadon tint and, for presentation; we have it resting on a white jade bi from a later date. Both are included in the sale. Oval snuff tray/brush washer only measures: L 5" x D3" x H 5/8"...

Chinese Laughing Buddha statue holding a large coin on a gold ignot. Hand painted with red, black, and gold lacquers, he retains much of his original paint. Dates circa 1900. Measures 34" high.

16th Century Chinese White Jade Carved Plaque with Dragon Table Screen

It is 7.3 inches (18.5 cm) tall by 6 inches (15.2 cm) wide measured with stand. The plaque is 2.5 inches (6.3 cm) in length by 3.1 inches (8 cm) wide. It is 203.8 gram including stand.

It has flea bite chips, inclusions and surface wears and scratches. It has missing piece at the wood stand (as seen in the photos).

Circa 1870s Cantonese export carved ivory larger size calling card case. The front is saturated with open flowers, leaves, stems and buds in the type of work that appears like they are lifted in the air with skilled undercutting and back carving. The background is all perfectly hatched in the wan-fret design and there is a central area that is filled in with scenes of Chinese life, also in high relief...

Hand carved and polished natural color stone, it has russet/orange skin in the areas carved with curling edges and the design is complete with an incised center area and fully worked underside showing stems, pods, leaves and flowers.
