$1,500.00 Ancient Chinese massive pottery cooking stove model, Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220 AD).
There are; cylindrical chimney on the stovetop, two rounded cooking pots, and an oval wine cup with winged handles (Erbei). The exterior is covered with a striking green glaze with an iridescent mineral deposit. CONDITION: The stove is in good condition considering its age of over 1800 years, except for minor chips and a small piece of one corner chipped off.
No repairs or restorations.

Sold thank you A large Han Dynasty (206 BC-220 AD) cold-painted pot from an old Japanese scholar collection enclosed in an ancient kiri-wood storage box bearing a great many stamps inside the lid. The fine clay is covered in elaborate designs in red, white brown and orange pigment. The piece is 11 inches (28 cm) tall. There is minor damage to the rim but no repair or restoration; a fine example of Han Dynasty painted pottery in fine condition.

SOLD This is a painted earthenware double-loop handled vase of a type generally classified as Majiayao culture (Machang style). The piece measures just under 5-1/2" inches high and is completely intact and free of repair. Exceptional root marking is visible on the surface which is painted in a series of loops and swirls. Beautifully potted example.

SOLD This is a beautifully decorated Neolithic vase, standing just over 7" in height. While the body of the vase is intact and free of repair, it appears to me that the top may have been ground down, although I'm not 100% sure. Additionally, one or more of the four horn-like projections near the rim appear to have been reattached and/or replaced. SOLD This is an intact and very fine example of this ware which, to me, seems to incorporate a human torso, standing with arms and legs akimbo. The colors are quite vivid, with an aubergine purple in addition to the black outlining. The piece is well and thinly potted, standing some 7" in height.It swells out to some 7" in diameter, measured across the area of the two rings ("lugs").
