Description:
A Yaozhou water dropper was presented in perfect condition.
The glaze condition was very good except some incursions had been happened to the rim of the venting hole and the beak-like mouth.
Amusingly found at the bottom, there were three padding clays were still adhered without being removed.
It was really rare to find an ancient porcelain ware which was solely for scholar use.
A similar piece but from Longquan site was documented...

An interesting kesi (or kossu) panel portraying a scene where children are engaged in wrestling while two courtly women watch the children. A pavilion is set in the background along with scrolling clouds. Age: Republic Period Size: height 38.5" width 10.5"

Chinese hand scroll portraying a hunting scene attributed to, Jin Tingbiao (~1767). Four hunters with four horses are gathered in this scene either preparing a hunting party or finishing one. Views of hunting, known as shoulie wenwutu were first seen from the Yuan dynasty and succeeding dynasties continued to paint various renditions. Comes in a beautifully carved box. Size: length 55.5" width 11.5"

Chinese gourd shaped vase done in Peking glass with silver wire and fittings covering the vase. The silver fittings contain auspicious motifs such as the character longevity and goldfish. Seated Kwan yins are also adorning the vase. The bottom contain two chop marks, one says wenyin and another reading tianzhu Age:19th/ 20th century - height 6.5" diameter 3.5"

Beautiful antique Chinese aquamarine colored snuff bottle. An official carrying a basket in their back. Beautiful work reticulated sides with birds and flowers. On reverse, birds on flowering branches. Lid has carved flowers. Well carved out interior. Possibly Peking glass. Age: Late 19th Century/ 20th century. Size: 3.5" Height.

Beautiful pair of Cantonese export paintings. Painted with mineral pigments on silk. Popular during the 19th century. Portrayed are typical scenes of daily life of a court maiden and court archer. She is coyly holding her scarf and sharing an amusing thought. He is a court archer with a special rank which is shown by his clothing. Paintings are displayed in wooden frames. Beautiful antique Chinese porcelain pair of roosters with polychrome glaze. Very nice incised detail. Created in a naturalistic style. Early 20th century Chinese hand made moss green pottery storage jar featuring an unusual cut out in the lid for easy lifting. The jar interior is glazed dark brown with the rim having a clear glaze. The green glaze is thick and rich. The lid has 3 small chips on the exterior unglazed part of the rim that can be studied in the photos, otherwise in excellent condition. This is a very special jar measuring 6 inches, 7 inches diameter.
