Chinese Song dynasty conical form bowl with slightly flared rim covered in a pale blue-green qingbai (yingqing) glaze that stops at the flat, unglazed low foot. Fine comb incised abstract swirling patterns are faintly visible in the interior. 6 5/8” diameter x 2 1/2" high. Circa 13th century. Good overall condition. There are two long old hairlines down one side of the interior and a single hairline with a fork on the other side (see closeup images)...

Chinese Song to possibly Yuan dynasty brown glazed stoneware jar with horizontal ribbed body moulded in high relief with a dragon chasing the pearl of wisdom. The glaze stops above the unglazed foot. 6 7/8” high. Circa 12th/13th century. Very good overall condition with a barely visible old break to the horns (see closeup image). The lighter areas on the surface of the glaze are burial encrustations...

A miniature Chinese cloisonne meiping vase, late 18th ~ early 19th century. Bright colours and good gilding. It is apparent that the wires are soldered which is a technique associated often with earlier wares.

Song Dynasty Qingbai covered box with floral pattern on lid and lobed sides to lid and base. Light blue overall with more pronounced blue in recessed areas on lid & base. Interior is partially glazed revealing white ware towards rim on lid and base. Note, chipping to base rim with a small hairline on inside of base eminating from chip, not apparent on outside. Tall Chinese Neolithic Qijia Culture Pottery Jar

This tall and attractively-shaped pottery vessel was made around 4,000 years ago by peoples of the Qijia Culture in eastern Gansu province, China dating from approx. 2050 - 1700 BC. It is relatively highly-fired and the colour of the pottery varies in places due to uneven conditions in the Neolithic kiln. The surface, especially the upper half, is smooth to the touch...

Blue silk ground with embroidery in Peking knot and satin stitch, showing peonies and auspicious symbols. Bordered with later, patterned fabric and backed with silk. Condition: few small stains. Dimension: 58.5 cm long x 22.3 cm wide.

Worked in filigree silver and enamel, set with jade, tourmaline, garnet cabochons and a pearl. The reverse with a secure pin back assembly and a "silver" mark. Chinese Eastern Zhou Cord-Impressed Pottery Jar (770 - 221 BC)

This fine pottery jar was made during the Eastern Zhou period (770 - 221 BC). It is made from a relatively highly-fired fine grey pottery. It has a round base that has been decorated with cord impressions that are particularly crisp. On opposing sides of the shoulder are small square-cut handles. The neck is slightly ridged for additional decoration and it has a flared mouth.

A Pair of Chinese Iron Red Decorated Saucers. Finely painted in red and gilt with butterflies in flight between floral sprays. Kangxi C1720. Diameter; 4 1/2" (11.3 cm). Condition; rims are fritted, shallow flake in one foot, 0.9 cm.

Chinese Song / Yuan Dynasty Qingbai Porcelain Jar / Rice Measure

This small jar was made during the 13th - 14th century, during the latter part of the Song Dynasty (AD 960 - 1279), or possibly the following Yuan Dynasty (AD 1279 - 1368). Its form is often referred to as a "rice measure". It has moulded decoration around the shoulder and is coated in a finely-crackled blueish-green qingbai glaze save for the rim and base that remain unglazed.
