This pottery model of a kneeling lady was made during the Eastern Han Dynasty (AD 25 - 220) and excavated from Sichuan province. It is made from a reddish-coloured pottery. Small bird cage in split and carved bamboo, it is supported by a bronze hook made up of several riveted elements. Inside different elements for the comfort of the bird, porcelain drinkers, side perch and feeder in copper and center a pretty perch in green hard stone. This is an authentic nephrite pendant dating to the Qing dynasty. Two zoomorphic figures frame the central bi on this exceptionally well-carved object. The piece shows substantial alteration in the stone, which is of a grayish hue with a large darker area on one side. Height is 2-3/4" by 3-1/4" in width. Please examine the photos which accurately capture the color and carving quality.

The urn is made of very hard porcelain stoneware, the body and lid were turned. 5 cases were glued to the slip on the shoulder, as they are deeply hollow, without however crossing their support, I think that they must have served as a receptacle for incense sticks, a decoration of petals and stylized flowers is vigorously incised before firing, then covered with a cracked celadon glaze. A beautifully preserved Han dynasty amber glazed lidded hu jar (221B.C.-206A.D) with the original kiln supports fully intact, located on the foot. The jar is free from any hairlines or repairs. The glaze is nearly and entirely intact, just slightly grazed in spots. It is extremely rare to find an amber glaze jar from the Han dynasty. It is even rarer to find one with its intact lid that is free from repairs...

Antique Chinese porcelain snuff bottle in a glazed goldenrod yellow, with black painting of two birds perching on a branch sprouting cherry blossoms, diamond and wan symbols around the opening of the bottle, and a pink topper made of turmaline. Chinese antique large planter, round form and standing on three stout legs, around the center is a ring of applied carved porcelain butterflies with lion like heads and white glaze, around the rim is a ring of applied carved porcelain florets, the bottom has a hole for drainage. A large Chinese ceramic vase of a classic green tea dust glaze, with rich glaze "drips" along the inner rim and just above the foot, which is left bare along its edges and its recessed center glazed in tea dust. The vase has an angular form with concave neck and foot, with different sets of characters on its front and back in relief.
