Korean Choson (Yi dynasty) two-section ichung nong (wardrobe chest) with two stands decorated with brass hardware. This flexible piece can be used as a single stacking chest or as two side tables. 19th Century Korean Hat Box made entirely of Exotic Paulownia (Odong-namu) Wood, from the collection of a French diplomat stationed in Korea in the 1950s. Paulownia is very desirable for collectors because of its beautiful wide grain, light weight, and fire and bug-resistant qualities. The paulownia used for this rare hat box is especially fine. 9.5 x 9.5 x 8.5 (height) inches, 24 x 24 x 21.5 cm.

An antique Korean true chest made entirely of red pine wood. Nickel hardware with double gourd hard mounts and stylized Chrysanthemum nail heads. Originally used to store valuables. Possibly originates from North Korea. Constructed using dovetail joinery.

Antique Korean nong, bedside chests for storage. Made with zelkova elm wood burl panels and cypress wood frame. On the front, black and deep red lacquer frames and highlights the burl wood grain. Hardware is made of brass and features bat drawer pulls and buddhist symbols. The upper portion of the chest has a row of 4 small drawers. Hinged doors open to a large open compartment.

Korean hanging Brown Lacquered Wooden Sword Rack, or Sword Display Shelf, vintage 1960, 26" wide, 22" high, 4 1/2" deep-bottom rack, three(3) Brass inlaid flying geese decoration on the top panel and 3 rows of the curved holders on both sides to hold each sword. Korean Wood Oil Lamp and White Porcelain Oil Pot and cover, Joseon Dynasty 19th Century, 19" high, 8" widest point on the bottom, Octagonal shape wooden bottom with column wrapped with ornamental Brass cover with ring in the middle section below the wooden cup, White Porcelain oil pot fitted inside the wooden cup with the cut out area for the porcelain handle. The condition is all original including porcelain oil pot with top.

Korean 19th Century Joseon Dynasty heavy Elm Wood Coin Chest with Black Iron mounted, Ca. 1860 to 1887, 37" Wide, 19" Deep, 14" high, heavy thick bold grain Elm Wood and Black Iron mounted plus dovetailed each front and back bottom section and also both sides, with hinged Black Iron wooden top, lift up the top to open. One Board thick Elmwood used on each side, front, back and both sides. Half moon shape black iron handles on top of the flower shape backplates on both sides.

Antique Korean bandaji (blanket storage) chest made with mirrored persimmon wood panels and hardware of brass and iron. The door of the chest is hinged and opens downward to reveal a large storage compartment. The inside of the compartment is outfitted with small drawers in the back and shelves on the sides in an unusual and clever configuration.
