Korea, Joeson dynasty, 18th century.
This is a small silver inlaid box, but is a very rare and unusual decoration with Orchids and other floral motifs on the sides, with 4 yellow brass supporters on the bottom.
It’s in fine condition but lost some silver inlays, otherwise good condition,
it measures 8.2cm x 5.3cm x4.7cm high.

Sale in Progress Massive Korean rectangular form scholar’s inkstone with removable cover carved in high relief with a stylized dragon. The base has a central sloped rectangular inkwell bordered with two opposing dragons chasing a flaming pearl. The flat bottom is carved with low arches at the center of the four sides to form wide feet at the corners. 11 3/4" long x 8 1/4" wide x 3 7/8" high. Probably dates from the mid-20th century. 1900 A Very Rare Korean Iron Portable Hand-Carrying Lantern(照足燈-조족등)-19th C:
Korea, Joseon dynasty, 19th century.
***This types of iron portable lanterns(照足燈) are extremely scarce but oiled paper lanterns
which never been published in museum, private collections or in auctions as my best knowledge.
Made with iron in the shape of lotus hexagonal lower body, and cylindrical iron hand carrying
bar with a folding curtain shape floral decoration...
Extremely Scarce Set of Five Prehistoric Korean Arrowheads from Korea's Neolithic Period 8000-1500 BCE. These faceted arrowheads are identical to the Neolithic arrowheads on page 31 of the catalog, the 29th United Association of the University Museums of Korea Exhibition - Korea's Bow and Arrow, The Military Academy Museum. Sizes range from 1.75 to 3.25 inches. It is unlikely you will ever again see prehistoric Korean arrowheads offered for sale.
