Japanese Meiji period kacho-e (bird and flower) woodblock print of a sulphur-crested cockatoo perched on a magnolia branch by Imao Keinen (1845-1924). The print is titled in kanji at the top "No 25" and is from the spring volume of "Keinen's Album of Birds and Flowers" (Keinen Kacho Gafu) published by Nishimura Sozaemon in 1891-1892. Paper: 14 1/4" x 9 1/2" (image: 12 5/8" x 8 3/4"). Very good, clean overall condition with nice color. It does not appear to have been previously framed...
