Deep relief carving on both sides depict 10 playful squirrels finding a cozy shelter amongst the grapes and grapevines (Japanese Budo). It would make a great architectural design incorporated into a building in any of the the wine vineyards.
Age: Late Edo period 1800's Dimensions of each: 79" Long by 19" High by 7" Deep.
