A rare group of devices which were used by Naga hunters, composed of three quivers with arrows and a box used to carry the game caught during the hunting. A fine pair of very old wood funnels for sowing, with a circular top and a squarish base for one and a rectangular base for the other. Holes are perforated through, from top to base, to let seeds be poured on the top, pass through and be scattered on the soil. Both are decorated with carved Hindu designs in relief on the body, one with god Ganesh and the other with Nandi bull, a Hindu deity and a symbol. They were made in India around the beginning of the 19th century...

Antique 18th century Islamic Mughal Warrior's Saddle of characteristic form from North-West India or Sindh-Pakistan. Details: The wooden frame cantle extending over to the rear and projecting to the frontal high arch pommel, reinforced with iron mounts and covered with brass sheets, riveted with iron studs and adorned with peacocks and fish.
