Chinese pair of moon viewing chairs, made of huang-huali hardwood with dramatic grain. Carved in faux bamboo. Each chair handcrafted for a comfortable reclining position and matched with a slide out foot rest. The joints show sign of shrinkage and patina of its age and condition.

Chinese antique Deco Era swivel chair comprised of hongmu and hauli wood. Inlaid with Dali marble. Carved curling arms with back rest openwork carving of blossoming magnolia branch with birds. The largest blossom is inlaid with a piece of white dali marble.

Size: 37 1/2" high x 22" wide x 21" deep.

Chinese desk with matching chair made of rosewood. The desk has five drawers with brass rectangular pulls. The chair is adorned with small flowers in the upper corners of the back. The desk measures 22" deep 46" wide 31" tall. 20th century.

Antique Chinese Huanghuali two shelf stand. The shelves are tiered, the wood is beautiful huanghuali wood. Dates from the early 20th century. It measures, lower shelf: 17" X 13.5" x 27" upper shelf 13.5"x 13.5"x 37" overall: 29" wide 13.5" deep 37" tall.

A Chinese hardwood cabinet with two shelves set inside the cabinet. The design of the cabinet is done in the preferences of Ming dynasty style wood working. Fine molding and paneling has been done to the cabinet. Age: 20th century Size:height 37.75" width 18" length 25.75

Chinese antique hardwood cabinet with interior shelving. The cabinet doors are carved with pine trees and bamboo. The lower egister is carved with a rectilinear design. The bottom has a fan, a bat, and a lychee branch.

Antique Chinese hardwood table carved with incredible handcarved flowering plum blossoms details on branches that crawl up the table legs. The table top is inlaid with a piece of stunning white grey marble.

Pair of Chinese rosewood tiered stands form the late Qing/Republic period. Set with a floating panel on top with humpback supports further joined to two lower tiers. Dimensions: 29'' X 16 1/4'' X 12 1/2''

Chinese Humo hardwood tiered seal case from 1950's. Has four rectangular stacked shallow trays. Carved lid with scholar painting on a rock with seated attendant. The base is fitted with a handle flanked by guy-dragons. Dimensions: 11'' High X 10 1/2'' Long X 7 1/2'' Deep

An interesting Chinese table separated into two sections. The six legs fold together, making the table easy to store. The fluted stripe like moulding on the table appears often with Chinese furniture from the Republic period. Age: Republic Period (c1900). Size: height 28.5" diameter 33"

An antique Chinese hardwood table decorated with auspicious motifs of peaches and a stylized character of happiness. Peaches are a symbol of fortune and longevity in East Asia. The motif is often seen in various works of art. Age: 19th-20th century. Size: length 15.5" width 15.5" height 18.5"

A large antique Chinese altar table made from Jumu wood. The front of the altar table contains intricate geometrical patterns, images of birds, flowers, and scrolling vine carvings. Interestingly, the top of the table contains repairs where the restorer created patterns of fish and pineapples to fill in holes on the surface of the table. Age: 19th century. A Chinese cabinet with two sections inside. The top shelf has two drawers and the bottom shelf has a single drawer. The bottom of the cabinet has metal rings to attach ropes, where the cabinet can be moved anywhere. A few similar cabinets were used by officials during the Qing to transport official documents when assigned to distant regions in the empire. Beautiful Chinese bench, carved all of hardwood with inset areas of dramatic burl, rectangular marble in center of back, arms and back carved with scrolling key fret motif, elegantly curved legs, Republic Period. Huanghuali altar table decorated with carved decorations. The altar table has a square maize design repeated around the base of the table. The legs are decorated with carved panels of dragons climbing through clouds. The Huanghuali table top is very beautiful with strong grain patterns. Late Republic period. The size measures 33.5" tall 64" long 16" deep.

Chinese antique carved flourite mineral of smiling Buddha on a wood base. This piece has beautiful green, purple and white striations . Age: Republic Period. Size: 6" length x 5.5" height x 4.75" depth.

Republic period, circa 1950, carved jade miniature of a sage pinching it's ear lobe. The jade stone is shaped like a pebble. There are two medallions on the top of the shoulders of the stone. It measures 1.5" by 1.5" by .6".

Antique Chinese beautifully carved large bench, back rest and arm rests are carved with scenes of fu-dogs and pups, panel across the bottom is carved with scene of deer and cranes, made mostly entirely of huanghuali wood with another dark hardwood, 19th century. Size: 38 1/2" high x 67 3/4" long x 29 1/2" deep.
