Chinese Turquoise color Monochrome Pottery hand molded 2 handle Dragon Vase, Ca. 17th C. Ming, 8" high, 6" wide for point to point hexagonal bottom, 4 1/4" wide for top include two(2) handles. The bottom is not glazed. There are some small glaze chips, very common for this type of monochrome glazed pottery.

Chinese Celadon Pottery Dish, 13th C. with five(5) firing marks on top of the dish, creamy Celadon cracked glaze with brown small area under the glaze, 4 3/8" diameter, 1 3/8" high. Some stains and scratches on the surface but no damages.

A realistically formed figure of a resting sheep. The sheep is the eighth Chinese zodiac sign. The hollow form has two glazes - an overall straw-colored clear glaze with a drizzle of amber glaze that drips over its left side. The glazes have now turned iridescent from age - the amber glaze has a golden sheen...

An unusual Tang pottery of a standing dwarf wearing a robe and panted in orange pigments. He has a stocky figure and a sweet countenance on his downward tilt head. He is full of character. Figures such as these are considered a symbol of good luck and are not easy to find. Age: 618 - 907 AD. Size: H. 10.5cm. W. 6cm.

An incredible Chinese Cizhou ware vase of a meiping form, the elongated oval body decorated in carved floral patterns in a cream crackle glaze, the short trumpet spout flanked by four cascading handles, the foot remains bare without glaze and slightly recessed. A very rare and characteristically glazed foo lioness with her left paw on the head of her baby. These usually come in pairs. One with the baby foo lion under the paw and one with a ball under the paw. This one has a lot of feeling with the baby foo lion looking annoyed with the paw pushing down on its head. There is always some humor with some of these statues. Size: H. 40cm. W. 35cm. Condition: Some pieces missing from age and weather.
