Korean folk painting (ref. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minhwa) on handmade traditional Korean paper, attached with an aluminum frame with acrylic board, originally from mid 20th century, approx. 35 x 42.5 x 2.5 cm (13.77 x 16.73 x 0.98in), as the talisman against evil spirit displayed at house entrance in New Year as a traditional Korean customs.

Turquoise accumulates in the clefts like tourmaline water in the deep basin of this sculptural vessel by Yamaguchi Mio dating from 2021. It is 31 cm (12 inches) diameter, 28 cm (11 inches) tall and in excellent condition, directly from the artist.

The elephant is made of hard enameled porcelain, the artist modeled it with care, it is very likely that it was created using several molds.
