Beautiful Chinese antique court lady's skirt, made all of different colored silk, all folded and sewn into tiny pleats, edges embroidered with scenes of birds and flowers, two larger panels have applied rectangles of silk minutely embroidered with birds and tiny bats and a design in gold thread. circa 1900. Size (when spread out): 74" wide x 37" high (skirt length).

Chinese pair of moon viewing chairs, made of huang-huali hardwood with dramatic grain. Carved in faux bamboo. Each chair handcrafted for a comfortable reclining position and matched with a slide out foot rest. The joints show sign of shrinkage and patina of its age and condition.

Chinese Bridal red lacquered on woven bamboo hanging wall container/pocket with bamboo frame, 7" high, 7" wide, 3 1/4" deep, in good condition, no major damages, just shows little wear and tear from the age. This is very charming wall decoration for any home.

An attractive black Chinese QING Dynasty Leather Chest nicely painted with red and gold pigments. The front is centered with a hasp and the chest has handles on both sides. A very attractive and rare baby elephant Bronze Bell with intricate relief design on both sides. Has a clapper for a loud and sonorous sound when in motion. Chinese antique Deco Era swivel chair comprised of hongmu and hauli wood. Inlaid with Dali marble. Carved curling arms with back rest openwork carving of blossoming magnolia branch with birds. The largest blossom is inlaid with a piece of white dali marble.

A very rare late Edo Period Iki Noh mask of Hannya, the jealous, revengeful demon who was once a beautiful woman. Carved of Poloma wood with many layers of lacquer. Glass eyes and horse hair. 8h x 5w x 3d inches, 20.25h x 12.75w x 7.5 cm.

Three(3) large Chinese Cloisonne enamel on metal beads, 1 1/8" diameter, various colored enamel work with raised metal design. They are in good condition.

Chinese Cinnabar Lacquer carved large Pancake shape flat bead, 1 1/2" round, 1/2" thick, carved with floral design, no damages or restorations.

Chinese large carved Walnut Bead, 1 1/8" x 1 1/8" diameter, with carved figures and polished natural Walnut. The condition is good and no damages.

This is shijira Noshime kimono of the samurais with luster dyed with an indigo plant of nature of the Edo era. This has two places of small holes and thin stain This Nosime features deep indigo dyeing with clean luster and Kasuri of transparent blue. In this way, Nosime of the indigo dyeing of Sijira with the luster is rare. This was made in Kyoto and was used in Akita. Size 141cm x 132cm (55.5” x 51.9”)

An unusual Chinese GU crackled glaze globular vase. Tubular neck, base is unglazed and has 3 small feet. Condition good and there is no leaking. 18th/19th Century. Size: H. 5.5" x 3.5" diameter (13.5 cm. x 9 cm.)

An alloy metal Buddha sitting under a bodhi tree.This is where Buddha gained his great Enlightenment by sitting in concentrated meditation beneath the bodhi tree at Bodh Gaya in Bihar,India. Can be made into an amulet. Size: H. 6.3cm. W. 3.3cm. Condition: No repairs.

Five(5) Chinese Ivory Clasps for necklace, 1" long, 3/8" diameter, screw 2 pieces together, all in good condition. Imported to U. S. prior to 1980.

These 3 small oil lamps were brought back to the US by a Baptist missionary who lived and traveled extensively throughout China. Oil lamps like these were used for light source extensively throughout rural China by poor peasants. Simply made, presumed cut from scraps of tin and soldered into shape.. the lids come off for filling with oil and some original home made wicks remain in place. The tallest is 5 inches high...
