Good Tang Dynasty gray clay brick/tile depicting “Atlas” type, Yakshi figure seated on a lotus blossom. I was in Taxila, (cradle of Gandharan Civilization) and saw a similar figure. This illustrates the Greco/Roman influence in Tang art. The lotus shows indicates an obvious Buddhist connection. The left side of the face is molded a bit obscure, but no damage. Rare Khmer 10th Century Glazed Covered Stoneware Box

This pottery model of a duck was made during the Eastern Han Dynasty (AD 25 - 220) and has been excavated in Sichuan province. It is very "heavily" potted and sturdy, and has been made in a two-part mould. Note the detail of the feathers on its back.

It is of a good size with a length of 17.5 cm. It is in good condition with no obvious sign of restoration or repair.
