A Very Fine Korean Blue Glazed Butterfly Formed Water Dropper-19th C.: Korea, Joseon dynasty, 19th century A well potted butterfly-shaped water dropper, carved and details with realistic butterfly wings and body, it is underglaze with bright cobalt blue to the surfaces, and the bottom unglazed. It is in excellent condition without any damages, it measures: 7.3 cm x 2.5 cm.

An amazing pattern of gold and silver maki-e decorates this lidded Tea Cup and stand dating from the later Edo period decorated with a samurai clan crest in gold. Assembled it is 7 inches (17.5 cm) tall, 6 inches (15.5 cm) diameter and in excellent condition, enclosed in a custom- fitted Kiri-wood box.

A Set of Three Small Thai Market Chinese Canton Enamel Cosmetic Boxes 19thC The dark blue enamel with gilt decoration. The interiors with turquoise enamel and the bases with paler blue. A well-carved ivory snuff bottle depicting two of the sixteen Buddhist Arhat. The bottle is undoubtedly carved in Japan as the neck is made from a separate piece of ivory and screws into the body of the bottle. The carving style suits the subject matter and the bottle has a pleasing patina from handling. There is an unidentified studio marking on the base.
