A finely carved and moulded Zisha clay stoneware teapot with a Tang dynasty style marbed band and with applied leaf and Prunus blossom decoration. This item was made in the vicinity of the city of Yixing, Jiangsu province, in the Yangze River Delta region of eastern China. The base carries the impressed sealmark of its maker Kuai Xin Long born 25th May 1964. Condition: excellent - no damages and no restoration. 18cm (7 inches) long; 11.5cm (4.5 inches) high.

A powerful Mimitsuki Karatsu Mizusashi by Nakagawa Jinembo (Jinenbo b. 1953) enclosed in the original signed wooden box.
