A pair of Jizhou tiger toys were excavated in original condition. It is very hard to find genuine Jizhou wares with tortoisshell glaze. It was unique too to find them in pairs even though they're dolls. And most importantly they were in obvious condition for authentication. The buried deposits were firmly left here and there on the surface. And the glaze were partially crackled due to age. The body clay were light brownish with soft matrix quality. W... A charming white jade belt hook was exquisitely carved in dragon's head shape. By the precious Hertien pebble quality, the jade piece was reflected with fine greasy-feel sheen on the surface. Characteristic old jade's tissues were revealed under the reflection when some incursions were occurred to the material verifying its authenticity.
