A rare late Yuan - early Ming white glaze large yuhuchun vase with carved flower lotus motif, good condition with original kiln smoke adhesion on the glaze body, please see picture for detail, size: 28 cm height.

Chinese Silver Lotus Pod oval shape Pendant, with Agate bead, Ca. 1920, 3 1/4" for entire height, 1 5/8" high and 1 1/4" wide, 1 3/8" deep(Lotus Pod), rings like Bell, Pod is closed on the bottom, hollow inside, both side have same impressed design, the round Agate bead is 1 1/2" or 10mm diameter. The condition is good.

Chinese Silver Duck and 2 Jade Figure Toggle with Agate Bead, Ca. 1920, 6 1/4" long overall height, 1 1/2" wide and 1" high(silver Duck), 2 jade pieces(1" high), with round Agate Bead(1/2" or 10mm diameter), detailed intricate tassel at the bottom. The condition is good.

Rare item. Yazutsu (quiver) made of "koyori" which is twisted washi (Japanese handmade paper) strings. The crafts made of koyori and coated with urushi were called "Kami-Nagato" and they were popular handicrafts in Edo period, such as tabacco cases, bowls and sake containers in hyotan shape and so on. Japanese antique small Ko Tansu (personal chest) made all of keyaki wood with black lacquered iron hardware. This small chest has 7 drawers of various sizes; 1 large drawer & 1 small drawer on the top portion, 2 medium drawers and sliding panels & 5 small drawers on the lower portion. The hardware is made of blackened iron and includes 3 round pulls and 2 scroll drawer pulls.

Antique Japanese ranma (architectural transom carving for over a door). Made all of hinoki (Japanese cypress) wood, this carving is a rare beauty in it's detail. A cross section view of a gnarled plum branch in bloom along side a stand of bamboo. The straight leaves of the bamboo contrasts sharply with the curving tendrils and round blossoms of the plum tree. Carved in a 3 dimensional style so that the view is different on each side.

An Arita foliate form dish decorated in underglaze blue with a band of auspicious shippo, cash, connoting a wish for wealth combined with mounds of evergreen Japanese Forrest grass, a symbol of longevity.
