Chinese carved Foo Lion on each corner and red and brown lacquer on Wood Display Stand, "X" cross shape folding, made early 1900's, 10" high, 16" wide-maximum measurement, 11" wide-for display area inside the high rim. One piece of wooden stick is holding the two(2) pieces of wood together loosely in the center to able to fold or open any angle needed for the items to display. There are some lacquer loses on wood, showing wear and tear, no major damage.

An Unusual Chinese Han Dynasty Finial or Cover 206BC- 220AD

Ht. 6 1/4 ins. (15.8 cms) This unusual object may be the cover to a jar or some sort of finial, we have never seen anything like it before or, indeed, found any book illustrations of similar. Overall condition is good, although the tip of the bird's beak is broken off and the bird has possibly been reattached.

Old Kalaga from Myanmar (now Burma) featuring an unusual but colorful bird. The kalaga is embroidered with a combination of metallic and plain threads, sequins, beads and glass stones. Applied around the bird in a circle are glass-like stones that give the appearance of moonstones. In very good antique/vintage condition, it measures about 14.25 inches square. Circa 1950's or earlier.
